We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order total. Standard delivery typically takes 5-9 business days within the contiguous United States, though larger furniture items may require additional handling time.
What is your return policy for online orders?
You can return most unwashed and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and opened household products cannot be returned unless defective.
Can I return an online purchase to a physical store location?
Currently, items purchased on our website must be returned to our distribution center via mail and cannot be processed for returns or exchanges at physical MUJI retail stores.
Which payment methods do you accept?

How can I track the status of my order?
