MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items such as innerwear, food, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping box, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
